Low self-esteem can show up in different forms. In most cases there is an extremely critical self talk.
As a consequence you don’t feel enough and develop a fear of rejection, visibility or failure, procrastinate or lose motivation. So one day you feel so excited and the next day the doubt creeps in with an inner voice saying: who am I to do this, how can I even do this and so on.
You get frustrated and angry at yourself while you’re watching everybody else around you doing the things you want to do and you’re not even sure what’s actually holding you back. You feel that you failed before you even started.
This creates a vicious circle and you feel even worse or you do another course in the hopes to then be good enough and because it buys you time so you don’t have to put yourself out there just yet.
No baby is born with low self-esteem. We developed this somewhere along the way, usually in our childhood in a situation we have long forgotten.
This doesn’t have to be a big traumatic event. Many times my clients find out that it was the smallest seemingly insignificant situation. But based on this situation you created a belief with your young mind at the time.
The problem isn’t that you got rejected, ridiculed or ignored, but the belief you formed from that and that you’re still holding this belief unconsciously. The good news is, if you learned this, you can unlearn it and create a different belief which is more supportive of your goals.
Doing the inner work means that you need to dive deep and find the cause and the reason for your low self-esteem.
This is where hypnosis helps. It unlocks your subconscious and addresses your blocks at the root.
To help you successfully transform limiting beliefs, I use a specialised form of Hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy that creates fast and permanent results.

Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind. It occurs many times during the day, for example daydreaming or just before we fall asleep.
It is a deeply relaxed but highly focused state of the mind and feels similar to when you are fully immersed in a good movie or book and blend out your surroundings.
As Hypnosis is a natural occurring state of the mind, everyone can be hypnotised as long as they want to.
Yes, there is no difference in the results.
